  • No, a size guide is provided in each listing with examples of breed sizes for each bandana size. The bandana size is more dependent on the size/height of your pet rather than it’s neck size, however exceptions are the broader necked breeds such as Pugs, French Bulldogs etc. if in doubt please message us with details of your pet..   • We add an extra row of stitching onto all of our bandanas to accommodate wider collars or collars with bulky metalware. Simply remove the top row of independent stitching using a ripper or a small scissors to make the slot wider. Find more information here.

  • Our bandanas usually arrive within a short time after being shipped, depending on your country and postal service (visit this page for estimated delivery times).

    We make and post your orders within 1-2 days of ordering. We take a picture of your package just before its posted, as proof that it has been sent to the correct address.

    We ship our bandanas via Standard Post for free (we cover the postage cost ourselves). No tracking is provided with Standard post. If you want to be able to track your package, please opt for the Tracked Shipping option at checkout instead.

  • Yes! Your Petkerchief bandana is not tied around your pet’s neck -the collar simply slips through the collar slot., making them safer than traditional tie-on bandanas.

  • Yes, wash your Petkerchief bandana on a regular wash. We recommend washing at 30°C / 86°F.

  • We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product and ship items back to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in re-saleable condition.

    We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, however please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

    We cannot accept exchanges of customised items, unless it is defective upon receipt.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
