Since postage is quite inexpensive in Ireland, we are delighted to be able to offer FREE shipping worldwide. We ship our bandanas via Standard Post in a C4 sized envelope via An Post, our local postal service. We aim to make and dispatch your order within 2 days but cannot guarantee this (we are only a one-woman team after all!) πŸ’Œ You can check the estimated delivery times below for Standard and Tracked shipping worldwide.

** We are not responsible for delays in delivery - this is down to the postal services within your country and is out of our control. Tracking is only provided with the Tracked shipping option at checkout. **

We take a picture of your package before its posted for our own record and as proof that it has been sent to the correct address.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product and ship items back to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in re-saleable condition.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, however please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

We cannot accept exchanges of customised items, unless it is defective upon receipt.
